Blog page not following sitewide margins

Hello, I have a site set to 110px side padding. I also have a blog page set up as a summary block. This is all fine until you click on a metadata link and you get taken to the filtered 'blog' page. The side padding on these pages are not the same as the rest of the site. Is there a way to change the metadata link to a page with a summary block? I have tried adjusting the padding for the 'blog' page itself but it seems messy. I just want all pages to be consistent!

Blog page is set up as a summary block.

Click on any of the metadata = incorrect padding.

Try adding to Design > Custom CSS

body.collection-type-blog.view-list section.Main-content>* {
    padding-left: 6.3333%;
    padding-right: 6.3333%;
}
