additional footer section that stays on every page?

I'm trying to create an additional footer before my pre-footer that is on every page automatically. Is this possible with code or some Squarespace feature?

Hi, when you edit the footer, an 'add section' prompt will appear when you hover above your footer. That section will be part of your footer and will appear on every page.

I'm on Squarespace 7.0 so I don't think that I can add sections like that.

Unlike Squarespace 7.1, you cannot add further footer sections to your Pacific-family template on Squarespace 7.0. This template family has a site-wide footer that you can customise with blocks and a second content area called the pre-footer that displays above the footer. You may be able to achieve the look that you require with further footer blocks and some CSS but it depends on your detailed requirements.
