Please help: Menu flashing.

Hello everybody!

I am new here and really need some help.

I am using the Jasper template.

I have an issue with the secondary navigation information (in the top right of the screen), flashing very quickly in the top middle of the screen when I click a link to visit another part of the site.

It happens on tablets and desk top, in both Safari and Firefox.

My question is:

Is there any way to stop the navigation 'Context Library' and 'About'  flashing briefly out of position when I re-load the site or click on links and load different sections of my site?

Can you describe more detail about it? having a video could be easier for us to check your issue
