How do I get all items in a summary block to lightbox?

I want to be able to have people click the 'read more' button on an item in a summary block (e.g a headshot), and it brings up the lightbox version of the origin blog post. Is this possible? I have the lightbox anything plug in already but not sure how to get it to work with a summary block... or if there's something else I should try?

It's so out-of-date that people have to click through to individually summary items to read them... it takes way too long when you just want a quick look on the same page.

You need to enter lightbox url manually

Edit Each Post >> In Excerpt >> Add a text link >> Enter Lightbox post url.

Then in Summary Block >> Enable Show Excerpt
