How to change from Arrows to Navigation Dots/Navigation Bullets on the User Items List Carousel

Hey all, 

Please see the digital landscape section of the website. This part of the website is using the User List Item carousel and Sqaurespace only offers using arrows to navigate the carousel. It is preferable to have dots to navigate the carousel. Do you know a way this can be done? 

When I say dots or bullets I mean the following:

I only found this old post but it's about products and the user list item.

No I didn't, only ended up with arrow options.
