Is it possible to make images and image cards rezise together, so that the height of the two of them are always equal?

I'm not entirely sure what that means. 

I'm looking to have the text overlay box and image resize together, so that when screens get larger they both get bigger, and the same when screens get smaller (I guess mobile would be different though!)

Is there a workaround to this - perhaps creating a text box that has a colored background and putting it next to an image? Would you know how to do that? I can't seem to figure out how to make text boxes have background color.
