Member bios for 100+ members

Hi,

I'm trying to create a member area which has basic bios for 100+ members that is also searchable and password protected. I thought I had found a solution to this by creating a blog page which lists all the members, but I now see its limited to 20 blogs / page. Any solutions?

Use a blog page in the unlinked section of your site to create the bios. You  display them in the linked section of your  site with a page containing blog summary blocks which can display 30 entries per block, with blocks chained together on the page to make 100. This page can be password protected. You would filter the blocks by category, first block cat 1-30, second 31-40 etc. These cat names are just a suggestion. Your bio page can be displayed multiple ways. This method takes a bit of time to put together but it works. There are sites doing this already. 

I have a page with 80 blog/story posts on it grouped by category.
