Accordion with Thumbnail or Image

Hi,

since Squarespace's accordion is quite limited therefore I purchased the Accotab plugin by sqspthemes 

But now I want to create an accordion exactly like this reference - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1A089tLYRMUrvQIk_3tpVmLIqLYozgDxv/view?usp=sharing

Can somebody help me out on this issue?

It means that when you click on accordion item, it will expanse and show the video, doesn't it?

Not quite there. Currently on my web, there is a simple accordion only. 

What I'm trying to do is to add a thumbnail to the "accordion blocks". The next step is to create an autoplay when expanded and autoplay stop when closed again.

The Accotab-plugin  can create "tabs from blocks" but also "tabs from a portfolio" - see here: https://www.kraftpotenzial.com/accoportfolio ... but with this page I have no idea how to do the CSS in order to achieve the same result as the reference.
