How do I reduce the space between sections?

Hi

How do I reduce the huge space that you get between sections please? I need to have a gallery so that needs to be in a separate section. I also need text above the gallery so again a separate section.But there is a huge space between the two and people have told me they did not know there were pictures under the text as you cannot see it if you have a small screen it just looks like the end of the page as the space is so big. Does that make sense. Here is a screen shot. I have drawn where I mean, that needs to be much smaller. This is on a number of pages where I have text then images and I need a smaller space.

I found something you advised someone before and it has worked. you are a genius!! I changed it a bit as I did not want the top to do it. And I wanted the space to be smaller, thank you
