Am I missing something? If not, is there a way to mark a purchase as in progress instead of just fulfilled Link to comment

Orders for physical and service products can be 'pending' or 'fulfilled'. Customers are sent an Order Confirmed email when the order has been received and an Order Fulfilled email when the order is ready. Are these sufficient for your needs?
