We transferred the domain to Squarespace from a 3rd party and I have confirmed that their old email has stopped working completely. It was not through Google. I even tried to set it up with an email address not associated with their old domain. I went through the troubleshooting guide and found reference to them needing to be hooked up to Squarespace 7 instead of Squarespace 5 but they are on an Ecommerce account. I cannot reach Squarespace tech support because it is a weekend. I've ran out of ideas. Edited March 19, 2022 by ontech Typos Link to comment
