Make text blocks same size & reduce from 3 to 2 in a row on tablet view

I have support category cards (which are just stylized text blocks), and I need help doing the following: 

1. Making all cards the same size. 
2. On tablet view, changing number of cards in a row from 3 & 2 to 2 & 2 & 1. I like how the cards look on mobile view, when it just shows 1 per row; but tablet view makes the cards really narrow and long. 

Any help is much appreciated!

Same size, you mean same height only or same width & height?

Same width and height for all blocks. So that they are uniform, similar to this: https://support.gusto.com/

Actually, scratch that @tuanphan, the uniform blocks are not important. I just need tablet view to show 2 per row. Can you help?
