Spacing showing up different in public view

Hi all,

I am having issues with my website displaying WAY differently than what I'm seeing in the dev space. The spacing is massive and the horizontal lines between the accordion sections just disappear altogether. The 1st image is what I'm seeing when working, and the 2nd image is the public view. The sections are code blocks with CSS modifiers to create the accordion effect. This is the code:
