Is it possible to display the hashtag # symbol in a text box

We have a text block where we would like the first line to display a hashtag. At first it was displaying as No instead of # but we updated the css to

  font-family: 'orpheus-pro';
  src: local('Times New Roman');
  unicode-range: U+0023;
}

and currently it works on desktop and ios devices but I'm still seeing it without the # sign (screenshot attached) on Android device (Note 9 Android Version 10)
