Add Video Title & Description to Lightbox

Hi there,

I've created several video gallery blocks for my website (template is 7.0, not 7.1), and I'm trying to find a way to have the video titles & descriptions displayed to the right of the video when the lightbox is opened up. See the attached photo for an example of what  I'd like. It doesn't have to be identical, but something similar would be great.

To clarify, the title & description I want to be displayed are what I've typed in when I edit the gallery grid, and click the gear icon to edit the video.
