Help with blog header issue (header color disappearing when you click into blog post)

hi all - you can see from this WIP site when you click on the blogs - the green header disappears and snaps back on occasion. We did a wordpress import which has caused us hours of issues but hoping this is an easy solve.

Have any of you come across this?
