Contact Form button underline animated line

Hey, I'm really trying hard to add animated line under button ( of contact form ). but its not working 

For other buttons I was able to get it work, but with button of contact form not working.

Any help will be highly appreciated 

SOLVED, I had to write JS with wrap to add a parent class to input. Because by default we can't add before, after to input. 

After doing that I added css and it worked

I used to face a similar case, my approach is remove button style, then apply style for parent container, then make parent underline animated effect.

Hi atiq97, would you be happy to share your solution please? I'm really struggling with a solution to the same problem as I can't use after to my CSS input and I'm not getting anywhere with the Javascript. Thanks.
