How can i add a coming soon and notify me (with email input) to a specific product?

I want to have a specific product say 'coming soon' on the shop and when you click it have a sign up form that says 'Notify me', like this:

the waitlist only works on sold out products and you can't even specify which one. I want only one product to say 'Coming soon' and then have an email sign up form to be notified
