There isn't a way to create an order on the backend of Squarespace on behalf of a customer. sruss76 Posted March 9, 2022 Share Posted March 9, 2022 Manual order creation is one of those essential features that Squarespace simply neglected to include in its commerce features. What I do is send an invoice to the customer with a payment link (Paypal). When I receive their payment, I create a 100% discount code and a free shipping code. Depending on the complexity of the order, I either give the codes to the customer so they can order themselves or I just go ahead and shop for the customer, putting in their email address and address info on checkout and they receive an order confirmation.
