There isn't a way to create an order on the backend of Squarespace on behalf of a customer. You can create an order in one of the following ways: By browsing the public site and checking out with payment, as a customer would Using the Commerce API to create an order programmatically In the US, the Squarespace App can be used to create a POS order Did this help? sruss76 Posted March 9, 2022 Share Posted March 9, 2022 Manual order creation is one of those essential features that Squarespace simply neglected to include in its commerce features. What I do is send an invoice to the customer with a payment link (Paypal). When I receive their payment, I create a 100% discount code and a free shipping code. Depending on the complexity of the order, I either give the codes to the customer so they can order themselves or I just go ahead and shop for the customer, putting in their email address and address info on checkout and they receive an order confirmation.
