Can't delete or even look at the settings on a certain page.

I just changed my site from business to personal and and now im wanting to remove my shop page from my site as its no longer needed, but everytime I try to delete it from the editing dashboard eith trash icon, it has the message that it can't be deleted. If I try to go to the settings using the cog icon, it says it can't be loaded. Here's what it does:

I seem to have a vague memory of seeing this issue after someone went back to the personal plan after being on business.
