How do i get SQSP to automatically import text?

Hello, 

I have a basic text news section on my page. My client wants to edit the text himself, but we all know that editing text blocks on sqsp can be often tricky, especially for someone who isn't used to working with sqsp. 

Is there any way my client can write the text in like word/excel doc. and it will be automatically updated to sqsp?

I have 2 solutions for Using google doc/google sheet to write the content:

1. You can get reference from the Publish feature of google doc, google sheet in the following link: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/183965?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop#zippy=%2Cembed-a-document-spreadsheet-or-presentation

With this solution, It takes some minutes (~5m) to load the content, that has been updated in google doc/ google sheet, on your site.

2. We need to implement js code to get data from google doc/ sheet
