Hidden page with email database access

Hello - 

We are trying to come up with a way to have a hidden page that only tenant of our building have access to.  We would like them to enter their email address and if it matches one in a database that we provide - it will give them access.  We don’t really want to require a password. 

Is this something that is possible?  It is not possible with SquareSpace members only area
