SEO Title NOT updating

I have tried to update my Blog Post SEO title so that when I post it to social media, the title of the blog post will show up. However, when I updated the SEO title for the blogpost ("Oniomania - Compulsive Buying AKA Shopping Addiction") , you can see here that my Page SEO title ("Take control of financial conflicts") still is there. Any tips? I've even tried deleting the post altogether and stating again to no avail!

Try to use 301 Redirect to update the new URL changes on search.
