help! list title custom styles

why isnt this working!?

refering to the list titled "what others say"

this is my custom css

.list-section-title {

    padding-bottom: 10px;
    text-align: left;
    font-weight: 400;
    font-size: 20px !important;    
      
}

i basically want to reduce the padding under the title and align the title to the left.

please help 🙂
