Click "Read More" for pop-up with text?

Hi,

I need to be able to click "read more" under the pictures to trigger a pop-up or lightbox of text that will have the full bio (several paragraphs) for each person.

Can't seem to figure it out so far.  Help would be greatly appreciated.
