Help: image scaling for mobile site

Im having trouble with image sizing on the home page of the mobile site only. 

Both desktop and tablet crop the image appropriately, but the mobile site crops the top off. See attached screen shots.

Try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css

@media only screen and (max-width:767px) {

}
