Excess padding above Accordion

My client purchased an accordion plugin from SQSP Themes. It works great except there is a large gap between the tabs and the portfolio items. When I do a page inspect this is what I see (screenshot below). We've reached out to them and Dimitry directly but am hoping this is a simple fix that someone else might have a solution for.

For anyone else who may have this issue, the solution was addressed in the company's FAQ page which you can see here
