Add outline to text on page to make it more readable

Hi,

I would like to add an outline to my text on the marleen page (https://www.marleenstrubbe.be/marleen) to help the show up a little better. I understand I need to add something to the CSS code, but I'm not sure what and how. I would like the same for the menu on that page. The template is Hester.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No that is not what I mean, i mean a small line around the white of the letters. Like you have in subtitles.

I see a lot of text. Which text are you refferring to?
