Help removing floating footer (Resolved)

Can anyone help me with this?

There is a floating footer attached to a dead link for chownow on the website i'm editing. I've tried pretty much everything I know to try in removing this floating footer but nothing even shows up when I hover over it. I inspected the element and I can see the code for it (chownow) I but I can't access it to delete it. If you could help me in deleting this you would be my hero. Thanks in advance!

Solution: It was in the settings>advanced>code injection>footer
