How many emails/users can SS Email Campaigns can handle?

I am wondering how big of  data base can Squarespace Campaigns can handle? 

I am working witha client who is planning to have over a million of subscribers and we are wondering if SS Campaigns is the right tool for long term

Although the Campaigns list size is unlimited, you can only send a maximum of 250K emails per month. If they will have 1M+ subscribers they'll surely reach this limit quickly and want a solution with better features like better cleaning, tagging, sequences/automations and so on?
