My embeded java pop up disables site scrolling once closed. Is there a fix for this?

I have a buy tickets button on my site that uses an embedded java pop up from eventbrite to display ticket info. When I click the button the pop up works just fine but after closing out the pop up the site is stuck and will not scroll again until refreshed. Does anyone have any advice on what could be causing that and if there is an easy fix for the issues. Thanks!
