I'm making a simple web page for myself and have an issue with a link/anchor I've made toward the bottom of the ME page. There's a head saying: Greatest Asset and a button saying: Discover. That is anchored to the sentence underneath: I think human, not Norwegian. The anchor works and I've added the smooth scroll code in the CSS. Still doesn't smooth scroll.
