Custom code on a chart

Hi. I have created a chart on my website but I would like to change the colours of the bars to my client's colours and also to add a percentage symbol to the axis.

Does anyone know if either of these things are possible?

And I've accidentally added a fourth column and can't work out how to get rid of it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

SS could have expanded that bit with some pics or a video.

Yes only the colors SS has defined.

You could of course use an outside chart service like Google Spreadsheet. Those services of course have their own foibles.
