What CSS to use to reduce padding between lines of text?

Hello,

Thanks in advance to whomever replies! I have been searching for css code to reduce the padding between two lines of text.  

I think I almost did it once ...but have no idea what I was actually doing.

The two lines of text are "Learning Design is"   and underneath that is " art + science + detective work + strategy + empathy".

(I purposely had the top line font larger than the bottom line)

Try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css
