In the top right hand corner of my site I have a text "CART" button and would like to change the text to "Basket".

The Pacific template family (Bryler, Charlotte, Horizon, Naomi, Pacific) is quite old and only offers a text cart link (no icon). It dates back to 2014 when eCommerce was pretty new (having launched in 2013). Although you could write some code to add an icon, this will only patch over one of the limitations with this template. If you've only just started building your store, I recommend swapping to a Brine-family template as a minimum. It has the widest range of commerce features available on Squarespace 7.0* and you can try out this template using the preview template option with nothing to lose.

*Squarespace 7.1 is the most recent version and has even more advanced commerce and website features but you cannot migrate between an existing 7.0 site and 7.1; you'd need to start your build again.
