Adding marquee text effect to announcement bar and making it repeat with NO BLANK SPACE

Does anyone know how to make the announcement bar text scroll in marquee effect all on one line without any blank space after it ends? I want the text to endlessly repeat.

I checked it out but I don't think this applies to the announcement bar.
