I have styled my checkout page to match my sites color theme. However when i go to checkout, the background is all white.

i'd like to change the background to match that of my site. and i'd like to change the font color as the default black text does not show well against my dark background ( assuming i can change it )

Thanks,

John

The checkout page cannot be styled.

It's a question I get asked a lot, so I've posted a longer answer here if you need more information:

Nice article!

Just a general comment to those that may follow on reading this thread.

Many of you are interested in styling all the elements of your website to have the same look and feel which is as it should be.

There is something to be said about some elements like the checkout page being very straight forward and plain.

The current SS checkout page is pretty clean and relatively easy to read and understand. This makes the task of checking out easier.

Recently a user had customized the cart page with a custom font that was virtually unreadable to me. If that font had been allowed on the checkout page it would have been a real mess.

No, I think we should be allowed to do what we wish with our checkouts...
