How can I add a table to my blog?

I want to add a table to my golf course review blogs that would display the course yardages etc. I understand it isn't a built in feature. Would anyone have a suggestion as to how I might be able to create such a block?

1) I bought the paid plugin and used it in this article

2) Now Google Search console is saying that the table is giving me AMP problems to my page

This is the exact error message "Only amp-boilerplate and amp-custom 'style' tags are allowed, and only in the document head."

3) I contacted the plugin support and they are aware of this problem and will not be solving in the near future.

4) The AMP problem affects SEO so I cannot continue using this table. What are my other options that will not cause AMP issues?
