How to customize a Squarespace form with CSS/HTML?

Hi!

So I know nothing about code and was hoping someone could help me. My site's not live yet because I'm still customizing it. Anyway, I'm trying to style a form on the site, and I'd love to be able to modify and duplicate one of the fields on the form. (See photo attached). I'm using one of their built-in "name" fields. So, in the field where the label initially says "first name" and "last name," I'd simply like to be able to edit that to the text of my choosing - i.e. make it instead say: color 1 and color 2. I'd then like to be able to duplicate that field a few times. Is there any kind of code that can help me edit those field labels?
