GRACIOUS HELP WITH CSS - to fix or remove golden line page dividers

Dear FORUM WIZARDS,

I designed most of my website (strong artistic vision) and was helped by a developer who gave me CSS codes. He was sadly not the best developer, which was why I chose not to contact him again. The site is best viewed on a desktop or laptop or iPad.

There are golden dividing lines between the main pages (as you scroll down from Home Page) that are either missing the line (between pages) or vanished altogether.

I wonder if someone could help me either fix these lines or delete them altogether. 

I promise you the site is WORTH a look. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
