Change site logo header on one page

Hi there,

I want to add an alternate site logo header on one page. 
I've tried many times with my uploader .png file. And this piece of script. But it doesn't work?

Please help!! 

Found solution. however. I want to make it just change on the portfolio main page. 

Not all the sub pages?
