reduce space between footer navigation and footer content

Is there a way to reduce the space between footer navigation and the footer content?

I've marked it in the attached picture with "*here"

Try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css

#secondaryNavWrapper {
  padding-bottom: 0;
}
#secondaryNavWrapper + .sqs-layout {
  margin-top: 0;
}
