Text field and Images not editable 7.1

I just started to set up my new website, 7.1 format. For some reason the text fields and image boxes are not editable from the original template. I am on the trial subscription right now- does that have anything to do with it?

Trial sites do have some restrictions as to which features you can test but those are well marked and usually won't let you do some things and not others. In other words those marked features are either you can test or you can't test.

Can you give us screenshots of some images and text you are not able to edit? Or describe in detail?

It may be as simple as the elements you want to edit, the way you edit them is not apparent to a new user.

That can be done with some CSS. Add the following to Design > Custom CSS.

I can only guess as I've not seen the demo. SS interfaces do change over time so perhaps you're looking at an old demo.
