Adding text to header

Hello,

I hope someone might be able to help me with something.
Please take a look at my site: https://rapunzelrecordingstudios.com/

I'd like to add the words Seaton Devon to the header, perhaps just under the Logo.
I have tried using a tagline however if I place it "bottom left" it appears in the first image there and is not visible.
Is there anyway to move "bottom left" closer to the "top left"?

Or does any kind person have any other suggestions on how it might be done?

I'm trying to add / move the tagline to be under the site title. I tried the code in some of the threads but just can't seem to get it to show up, I know I'm doing something wrong that is easy and I'm hoping this thread can help me with. Thank you in advance! 🙌
