Kalie
Hey there! We recently brought on a batting cage facility (baseball) as a client, and we're trying to figure out how to limit the number of appointments someone can make – using Acuity Scheduling if possible. For instance, the daily rental option is pretty straightforward. Someone can schedule a 4-hour block and pay for it. However, we're having issues navigating the weekly (8 hours) and monthly (48 hours) options. Is it possible for a user to pay for a larger block of hours (e.g. 8 hours) and schedule appointments (e.g. 2) up to that capped amount? Thanks in advance for your help! easypeasy
Did you ever find a solution for this? We would also like to cap the number of appointments a client can make for this website: www.glowwormplaycafe.com/book-a-play-session We do not want customers to be able to book all 16 spots at once. We would like to limit it to ~4 spots per customer, per time slot. Link to comment
Ali-cat
Wow, never even thought of this scenario for tunnel rentals. The only thing I can think of, is playing around with resources - your resources would be hours, or spots? Using resources to limit bookings in Scheduling We use 5 resources - tunnels (4), trainer (1), and pitching machines (3 types - 1 of each). Our site for reference: Bases Loaded. Link to comment
