Create Event from Form Submission

Is it possible to add a form for website visitors (not admins) to submit events that will display in a calendar block? 

Ideally, I would like to use a form that is available in a members area and that undergoes review by a site admin prior to publication.

I am looking to set up a community events calendar where our members can share their events on our website. We still want to be able to review each event before it is made public to make sure it is local, and complies with our event criteria.

No. On Squarespace, an admin would need to create them manually in response to form submissions.
