Newsletter Block Horizontal Alignment

Hello, I'd like to use the newsletter block without the title displayed. However when I make this field blank the newsletter block does not align with other blocks on the footer. 

How can I align the newsletter block horizontally with the blocks surrounding it?

What is access password?
