Script disabled

Hi there,

We are trying to embed a mailerlite form into the contact page on our site.  The "script disabled" message appears and blocks the form from functioning.  

Does anyone else experience this issue and have any suggestions?

The form appears perfectly, and has worked once in that a confirmation email is sent but it is only ever sent once and the subscriber doesn't make it to Mailerlite.
