Widgets & Other Code Injection Changes

Hi all, I have a number of requests that, when I reached out to Squarespace they couldn't answer and said to post here. If anyone can help, this would be great:

1. On contact page (attached) I have code to integrate WhatsApp widget from Elfsight web apps. Attached is where I want it to appear.

2. On contact page I have a button to a quote form. In header I also have a button but is there anyway to link it to same lightbox form? I can only seem to redirect it to contact page where they would then have to open the form.
    
3. On the dropdowns, how can I add underline on hover over of the menu items? How can I change it so when menu is open the arrow faces up (at the moment it doesnt move and is always facing down)
    
4. Across the site I have used orange buttons, but on one homepage section (attached) I want to do black ghost buttons only (so black outline and text, on hover over the button can turn orange or black fill). How do I change the design of these buttons only?
    
5. On request a quote form I want to add a field to upload images, is this possible in any way?
