My Section Width is not adjusting

Hi,

     I am facing a problem where I can't adjust the width of the section. Here is the images of my problem:

The First Image shows correct Width of a Section and the second section, you can see the Width of a section. The Image is getting out of the Section and It looks terrible and unprofessional. Please, can anybody tell me how can I adjust the width of the second section?

Hi,

Try remove some spacer blocks from Second section

I removed every spacer but the background width is still the same, It is not changing. I want to know is there any other way to do it? This website is my client's website and I want to fix it since It looks terribly unprofessional and ugly.
